I've started on a combined Vit B spray, Matcha tea, Siberian ginseng all for energy and fish oil and lions mane for brain fog, magnesium for sleep, I can barely afford all this but I have no quality of life so I am willing to try anything.

Nothing helps - sleep, supplements (all the Vits, Lions Mane, Ginseng, Soy Lethicin, Magnesky etc), nothing. I can sleep 3 hours or 8 and I feel EXACTLY the same. I have barely any social life and wont' drive more than 15 minutes distance as I don't feel safe to concentrate for any longer.

Wondered if anyone had any experience with using panax ginseng for improvement of symptoms?

Been taking some Korean ginseng which seems to be slightly helping the daily fatigue. Lovely route, really nice mixture of trail, through the woods and some paths round the grounds.

Does anyone know of any solid clinical proof that Ginseng does promotes the rise of testosterone and whether it is safe to take whilst being treated for PC.

For blood creation in Eastern med, besides Ginseng, we also use Panax pseudoginseng, and you could look up on GG to see how the plant is like, but for the history of Eastern med, it has been used for women for stable periods, since it has pro-blood property like Ginseng and much less expensive.

I was reading that Ginseng, raw garlic, ginko bilboa, pomegranates, and tonic water (with quinine) can reduce PC. Has anyone tried/had success reducing counts with these supplements/foods? Thanks in advance. Love this forum!

I discovered that one of the supplements (multivitamins that contains ginseng) has jitters and sleeping difficulty as part of its side effects. I noticed that after taking the drugs, I can not relax. Each time I want to relax, I feel some drowning force in my chest down to the stomach.

I am trying to do things I enjoy, exercise regularly, meditate daily, and take multi vits, ginkgo and ginseng but if anything I’m a bit worse. Could this be Sertraline side effects or is it just not working for me?

I've tried American Ginseng, didn't help. I was an active guy but now I have little desire and less energy. But PSA dropped from 305 to 244, so I'm hoping that means at least something.
