Hello everyoneI have been on B12 supplements for B12 deficiency treatment for a long time now. One of my persistent symptoms is inability to sleep and maintain long sleeping time. I discovered that one of the supplements (multivitamins that contains ginseng) has jitters and sleeping difficulty as part of its side effects. I noticed that after taking the drugs, I can not relax. Each time I want to relax, I feel some drowning force in my chest down to the stomach. In fact, the sensation makes me feel dying and I Jack up and shout in loud voice.I am depressed already. Please has anybody had such experience?

I think ginseng is known to have a stimulating effect, that's why they put it in energy drinks. I would try one without any ginseng.
Yes, ginseng has a similar effect on me too. My blood pressure goes very high, I get an increase in stomach acid, and no sleep.
Strangely enough, when I was a lot younger there were no adverse effects.
