No pain for 20 years - pain on & off over last 5 months. Suddenly this week excruciating pain - 2 visits to hospital & no answers!
I've had Ultrasounds, CT scans, X-Ray's, blood tests, a Colonoscopy, & a
Gastroscopy
. They found gallstones & a fatty liver previously & I had my gallbladder out on the 11th of August. When I was in hospital yesterday one of the doctors mentioned my Endometriosis.

Help needed, I'm new here!
Blood tests were negative but did find a Vitamin B12 deficiency and because of my symptoms I had a stool test,
gastroscopy
and colonoscopy as well as more blood tests. They ruled out Coeliac and any serious bowel disease saying it was just IBS.

Gastroscopy and Warfarin
I am getting a
Gastroscopy
done on 5 September to check for Coeliac Disease. I am taking Warfarin and Aspirin daily. I self test and dose with good control, my INR range is 3.5 - 4.5. My APS consultant suggested I come off Warfarin about 5 days before procedure and bridge with Fragmin.

Confused and Worried about Recent Bloods - Help Please.
Gastroscopy
also came back normal. I haven't had an rT3 test at all. My understanding of this is that conversion is working well, does it also suggest that absorption is also working well ? I had already bought T3 but haven't taken any yet.

Can a liver really repair this quickly?
At my last appointment the gastro said that if my blood results are the same in 6 months he would be downgrading me to NAFLD and has changed the time frame for my
gastroscopy
, was due in November this year but said now November 2017 (the last one showed early varices) and then last week I had my ultrasound

Lung & Diaphragm Endo
My GP said it was IBS, I have since had x-rays, blood tests, colonoscopy,
gastroscopy
all have been clear. I also had a CT scan this year which showed a 5mm nodule in the middle of my right lung.

Gastroscopy went well
Had procedure on Monday night, they found polyps in my stomach and a hiatus hernia that I knew I already had, biopsies taken to eliminate anything sinister, not worried at this point. Only upset because I stocked up on Pimms and Strawberries for Wimbledon and told not to have any alcohol for 48 hours

Developing varice has now disappeared
last year my husband had a
gastroscopy
and was told a small varice was developing due to portal hypertension from his cirrohosis. Year on and today his
gastroscopy
was clear of any varice. Seems strange to me-anyone heard of this happening

B12 levels drop very quickly- cause unknown. Frequent shots needed
Colonoscopy and
gastroscopy
both good. Ive been told its just my body doesnt seem to absorb it at all. Its not diet related. Within 4 weeks my levels drop from 1500 to 600... 2 weeks later I wasnt coping at all and it must have plummeted further.

Reluctant GP sneaky move. Covering his back?
Ii had to force him to send me for
gastroscopy
. But though nothing found, food still not moving from oesophagus. Coincidentially a girl calling herself Liver specialist Nurse rang me about a blood test.

Newly diagnosed ? IV infusion to commence
Just been positively diagnosed with pernicious anaemia, following a year of tests and finally a
gastroscopy
. Waiting to go and see my GP regarding commencing treatment. I have read that IV vitamin infusions could be the way to go initially, does anyone have any experience with this?Â

Still no answers from GP
I thought I might get somewhere as GP consented to my having a
gastroscopy
. The result is mild gastritis and no H Pylori which he says means I get no treatment. He will investigate no further. I am still having swallowing difficulties since February.
