It includes various vitamins B1, B6 and B12 as well magnesium and
garlic
. All sounds impressive but I'm dubious about supplements. Has anyone tried this? Thanks Stuart

Anyone have false negative fructose test
I can't even handle alot of
garlic
or onions. I'm trying to decide if I want to redo the test or not. But it may be negative again.. I tell you that test was so bad I was so so so sick from it.

Tinnitus Revisited
I have discovered that it was the
garlic
in the spaghetti sauce that lowered my blood pressure and hence temporarily rid me of tinnitus! I have now started to put a lot of
garlic
in my food and I have also bought a food supplement called “Garlique” which is an odorless form of
garlic
.

Early IBS - Any Suggestions?
I know for sure that
garlic
and chocolate are major triggers for IBS symptoms, so I stay well clear of that. I'm also checking constantly foods, and have stopped with fizzy drinks or sweets (thought I'm an active lass, I go gym and swimming up to four times a week).
