hi out there i have p/n which is aggravated if i ingest anything containing garlic or white spirit vinegar which means a lot of sauces and such like are a definite no no, if i rashly do eat anything containing the aforementioned , i am wakened early morning by the familiar burning (electric eels?) in the bottom of the feet , I now inspect every food package ingredients to make sure they do not contain the above , i do sympathies with most of you who have severe p/n, i also suffer from tinnitus which i am told there is no cure for at the moment, but you never know, tomorrow? best of luck to you all.
