digestion problems - b12 deficiency?
I don't get heartburn but was originally thought to have acid reflux and was told to go on the no acidic/
garlic
/chocolate etc foods diet and it didn't work as the problems persisted. Problems instead seem to come from the size of a meal and in particular normal portions of meat.

Smoked Haddock
Bottom layer, tomatoes with a little

and basil. Middle layer, smoked haddock, top, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese and two springs of Rosemary (do not eat). Baked in the oven for 20 minutes.

Dinner tonight high protein black beans
I stir fried, mushrooms, spinach, black beans, chilli and
garlic
and put all the vegetables together and served it on top of cous cous (swop for quinoa if Gluten Free) which had pistachios and fresh coriander in. On top I put a tahini dressing made with tahini, water, lemon juice and black pepper.

and chilli and ginger and all the other anti-inflammatory foods in my fridge & cupboard and do feel a bit better

For dinner I ate: 4 BBQ ribs (marinated in lemon juice and soy sauce) A good portion of fresh cut green beans sauteed in butter,
garlic
, salt, pepper And, 1/4 cup of rice (which I opted to have because I thought the cake messed me up enough, that 1/4 cup of rice wouldn't do any harm worse at this point

I have had a food sensitivity test with no severe sensitivities and some moderate sensitivities, the worse being corn

eggplant cashews ginger sesame and soy. I eat these things sometimes. I realize that armour has corn in it, so maybe my corn sensitivity is worse than I realized.

Baked Salmon with Black Pepper and Garlic
This is how I always make my salmon. 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil on each 120g fillet, freshly crushed black pepper, finely chopped

and a sprinkling of sea salt. Comes in at 270 calories per fillet. It is very easy and no fuss to make and just bung it in the oven.
