Baked Honey Thai Fish

Tonight I made up a marinade/sauce with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, chilli, lime juice, sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander. I layered Dhufish (a wonderful white fish that my husband caught) in an ovenproof dish, covered it with the sauce, marinated it for 30 minutes then baked it for about 20 minutes. I finished it off for 5 minutes under the grill. I served it with rice, broccoli, asparagus and carrots. It was a big hit with the family m.
