Spinal cord stimulator: one year later
I have Complex regional pain syndrome in my left arm which occur due to a fracture to my ulnar styloid. In 2016 I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted to help control the pain and allow me to have use of my arm. I was lucky enough for it to work well for me. In feb 2017 I started training as a chef

Pa and immune system
Hi everyone. I am suffering with my first cold in over 5 years. I have noticed my normal seasonal allergies were worse since I was diagnosed with PA and now a cold that won't quit and went into sinus infection and bronchitis. Went to internist and a full round of Antibiotics didn't touch it. Are we more

Adult Male Circumcision - Advice for guys thinking about it
Hi everyone, I just wanted to write a post on here to tell you about my story of having a circumcision as an adult male, as advice for anyone thinking about it or worried about it. I plucked up the courage to have mine done after reading a similar post, so I wanted to do the same, it may help someone

Oral Ulcers
Hey, I've been in bed for a few days, I literally have no energy & feel wiped out. I spoke to my GP today about my reoccurring blood blisters in my mouth & oral ulcers & also a new lip blister that has popped & left a really raw patch of flesh. I feel like I have the flu, all my joint ache deeply

Anyone with spinal cord stimulator?
I'm considering one for neuropathy in my feet. Not diagnosed with MS yet (going to MS clinic on Thursday, yay!). My pain doc said it might be hard to get insurance to cover it for MS related pain. Curious if anyone else has one?

New here-going to MS clinic this week
My Qs: anyone here diagnosed with normal lumbar puncture? Or misdiagnosed with migraine before MS diagnosis? This seems like a lovely community. I'm just going to jump in as I have my first MS clinic appt this week. I have seen two neurologists that say my mri lesions are migraine but my GP said no way

Change of Medicine
Hi everyone wonder if anyone has any advice what I should do. I have COPD and been taking Spiriva 18 mg capsules together with Salbutamol for around 2 years. No problems with either and am used to them. I have just collected my 2 month repeat prescription and see that they have given me Braltus tiotropium

Pudental Neuralgia
Prior to having a Spinal Cord Stimulator implanted I had another lumbar MRI. I knew from an earlier MRI I had a bulging L5S1 disc This MRI showed the L5S1 disc had ruptured. I have read on line this can lead to Caudal Equina Syndrome as well as cause compression of Pudental nerve via the Piriformis

Recurring sinus problems & colds
Anyone else suffering this year with continual sinus problems? Mine started not long after hay fever season kicked off, now really bad as I've had 2 colds in two weeks. Any suggestions for relief? when the pain is really bad I'm on decongestant, paracetamol and ibuprofen. I don't like taking tabs frequently
