Now, I know that you are not supposed to take both capsules together, but is there any harm, for example, taking 1

I scratched a genital wart of the underside of my foreskin 7 days ago. It bled for a short while then stopped. It is now VERY sensitive to touch and it hurts when it rubs against my boxers. The pain hasn't got better for a week. It doesn't hurt if I press hard though. I'm being treated for UTI (not working

Everyone in my office has had the cold, it went round like wildfire and, despite a ton of hand gel and packet upon packet of wipes, I Succumbed.I am normally very ill with a cold. Like most of us I get a chest infection, a horrible cough and I struggle to breathe. This time, five days since I started

Nutrition, Supplements & Respiratory Health
I'm not a qualified Nutritionist but spend quite a lot of time pouring over serious reports from respectable, independent sources. I'm aware most people in the UK are 'already' obtaining the advised Government Daily Allowance of Vitamins, Minerals etc purely through stuff they eat and drink. And 'yes

Spinal cord stimulation process
I finally have an appointment to meet with a member of the Neuromodular team at SGH on Monday. I just wondered if anyone could advise me how long I will have to wait to have a trial if they assess me a suitable candidate?

Early Symptoms - My approach
Six weeks after my first swollen finger, achy hands and general pain in my feet - I am trying an elimination diet and various supplements. Am also making a massive effort on Dental health - as well as toothpaste swilling with Xylitol and using an electric water flosser. Just had a deep filling replaced

Good news! LFT
I had my lung function test yesterday. No significant change My condition has not got any worse. Also tested my haemoglobin and it's normal. Would celebrate but all that deep breathing, breath holding and puffing out leaves me wiped out. However I don't care if I'm wrecked for a day or three. I'm

medical marijuana and COPD
I read an article on line that said medical marijuana reduces inflammation and provides better sleep. I am not to sure whether it was CBD (does not cause a high) or HTC ( causes a high. Does anyone have evidence or have tried it for your COPD?

How long does nerve pain last?
I had my right upper lobe removed (vats) 5 months ago and finished chemo in 7 weeks ago. I'm beginning to think the nerve pain will never go away. Tried Gabapentin unsuccessfully and then Lyrica. After about 3 months of Lyrica, which really helped, I had to stop due to side effects. The nerve pain
