Pain in penis not going away

I scratched a genital wart of the underside of my foreskin 7 days ago. It bled for a short while then stopped. It is now VERY sensitive to touch and it hurts when it rubs against my boxers. The pain hasn't got better for a week. It doesn't hurt if I press hard though. I'm being treated for UTI (not working) and also given fucibet but I think this is a nerve issue despite doctors telling me it's not. If this is a nerve issue is it reversible, if not what could it be? Very worried this is incurable

Have you ever used apple cider vinegar? It cleared my issues right up. Just apply with a cotton swab or pad 2x per day.

Hi Momo, What issue did you have? Do you dilute it? I hear it is strong. If it is similar to my issue I will try.
