Remedies for Nausea
I’m on low
FODMAP
diet but still happens occasionally. It is getting in the way of my daily routine with going to university classes etc. I was wondering if anybody had any more natural remedies for nausea? Such as peppermint capsules or something? Anything at all would be appreciated!

Prebiotics and RLS
I cant understand why this would happen except that the
FODMAP
diet is all about decreasing certain foods, some of which are supposed to be very good prebiotics, and I do know that the diet does help RLS in some people - not me, but clearly there is something there.

Diarrhoea out of the blue?
I stick to a basic (mainly low
fodmap
) diet and will not eat food which I know will trigger symptoms. I had this last night, I never feel ill with it and am sure it’s not a bug as I have no tummy pain or sickness and it’s mainly only once.

Had enough!
Did the
FODMAP
(religiously) for 5 weeks and nothing worked. I’m now trying linseed and even decided to try out a low dose of Amitriptyline (anti depressant), but NOTHING seems to be working. Severe constipation and awful bloating and wind. Would very much appreciate some help, pleeeeeeease???

Frustrated and disheartened
But basically I went in with the expectation that they would now do some more gyne investigations but to my surprise the first suggestion was to try a
FODMAP
diet for 6 months!!

Primary and secondary RLS
The
FODMAP
diet and the Low Chemical diet. Hence it might be possible that people with primary RLS are the main beneficiaries of a diet based approach to relief. I am not suggesting that a diet is a cure.

Stomach in constant pain after loads of tests and no improvement i researched and found the
