When to retest for SIBO

When is it most effective to retest for SIBO? I've finished a round of Rifaximin (not convinced it helped) and have given my body a couple weeks to rest and then will do a few weeks of oil of oregano. Do I need to wait 2 weeks after finishing the oregano as it states in the instructions of the test to wait after taking antibiotics/antimicrobials? Or is it better to test right after finishing to gauge if I've gotten rid of/reduced it?

Seems most relapses are within a few weeks of finishing antibiotics, wondering if it would be better to wait and see if it's gone and staying gone....

Have been on the SIBO diet (SCD/Low FODMAP) for a month and taking Inerogast for motility.
