Lunch out
As many of you know I can't eat out at present because of following the low
fodmap
diet. I have made a couple of exceptions and have been to our local Vegan cafe, I had a jackfruit sandwich there a couple of weeks ago and had no reaction at all.

Very interesting article
I've found this a very interesting article on cooking without onions when following the low
fodmap
diet and there is also a menu where it lists IBS and an overview of the condition. https://www.verywellhealth.com/cooking-without-onions-or-garlic-1324033 I've been following the low

How did you start low FODMAP? And can I combine portions?
2) can I have 2 portions at the low
FODMAP
weight in one meal? For example, could I have 75g of broccoli and 75g of beans? Or can I only have one portion? Someone on YouTube mentioned things being in the 'same group'..

Low Fodmap Vegan cottage pie
Hi all I tried out another new Vegan low
fodmap
recipe today. It had spring onion tops (only the green part) carrots, tinned lentils, sweet potatoes, tinned tomatoes, low
fodmap
stock (homemade), basil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper in the filling.

Nhs webinars for Fodmap
The other is on the
Fodmap
diet. I was impressed and thought that I would share this resource in case it could help others.

Spasms
However, with 80% of my diet now low
fodmap
I believe I'm recovering slowly. I haven't needed to take an Imodium in one month which is quite a big deal as I took lots last year but I'll confess I'm still on sugar, particularly chocolate and white bread.

Advice for a guy with breathlessness and burping
The best one was Low
Fodmap
and gluten/dairy free. These work up to a point. They don't cure all problems.

Endo & ‘IBS’
Sometimes it comes out of nowhere, despite me ALWAYS following
FODMAP
and slowly introducing new food. My gynaecology appointment isn’t until May, so I’m not even sure what ‘Stage’ I am in, or classed as.

Low Fodmap Diet & Constipation
My question is, as anyone else experienced this reaction to the
fodmap
diet? If so, how did you deal with it. Thank you for any info, or help you can give me.

GASTROENTEROLOGIST or DIETICIAN
At the time, my doctor mentioned about seeing a GASTROENTEROLOGIST referring me through the NHS, but the waiting time could be months, the only way to see a GASTROENTEROLOGIST is to pay for it, price I’ve seen is around £1260+ 😮 When I returned to Vietnam, I downloaded the MONASH

Fudgy Sweet Potato Brownies (V/GF)
Hi all I made some of the above today and changed the oil I used (I cannot have avocado oil whilst following the low
fodmap
diet), I used olive oil and I also added 90ml of almond milk to the recipe as I thought the mixture was a little too dry.

Early stages of diagnosis
I had further blood tests and was told it was IBS and advised to look at the low
FODMAP
diet. I’d made a diary and I now know certain foods I need to avoid to try help. Generally this has worked and I alternated between mild diarrhoea and constipation, but was still always bloated and had cramps.

Breakthrough bleeding or something else?!
Other symptoms are feeling full/bloated all the time, I have had a "stomach ache" since May 2019, I have been on low
FODMAP
diet since October 2019 as the GP said I just have IBS and it isn't my endo....

Really concerned about Stomach pain!!!
I have been really gassy for the past couple of days (hoping that’s normal to the
Fodmap
because it’s more then usual) so I’m hoping it’s just because of that. Has anyone else had this? Should I be worried?

Cream of Carrot and Parsnip Soup
Hi all As some of you know I'm following a low
fodmap
diet for IBS and it's working - yay. I haven't felt this good in a very long time. I thought I'd shard a recipe with you all that is low in
fodmap
and of course Vegan. Someone on Healthy Eating asked for the recipe so I have typed it out.
