Low fodmap vegan quinoa chilli
Hi all I'm on a low
fodmap
diet for IBS and this is the second time I've made this recipe, it's very mild so I may give it a little more of a kick next time.

Possible family food intolerance - any ideas?
By this time I’d started the low
FODMAP
diet and it was helping quite a bit although not 100%. The question I have is my teenage daughter has always suffered from digestive problems. When she was little I assumed this was due to not eating many vegetables or drinking much.

Vegan Tuna
Hi all I've received an email from Live Kindly about Vegan Tuna, I may give this a try, dependant upon the ingredients in it and whether it's low
fodmap
. If I'm able to eat it I'll report back on the taste. https://goodcatchfoods.com/?

Interesting Podcast episode on IBS
It does advocate a plant based diet, (which I am still on the fence about) but it does bring up some interesting points about Low
FODMAP
which might ring true to anyone else on here who struggled with it and ultimately saw no improvement while on it. https://plantproof.com/managing-ibs-with-gastroenterologist-dr-sarina-pasricha

It was a cold one today
I'm going to have to concentrate more on the low
fodmap
diet that I'm following. Anyway, I still had a lovely time outdoors and I hope you like the photos. I walked 16612 steps today. Keep well and safe everyone. Alicia :)

Im at a loss and need to know if anyone else has had this?
I went for a check up with the nurse and she said I probably have IBS and gave me a
FODMAP
diet plan.I just don't understand how my diet can be giving me such bad period pain. Has anyone else had this?

How I overcame IBS-D
So after your doctor’s tests, if IBS is your diagnosis, then the first thing to get familiar with is the
FODMAP
diet.

How much food have you had to eliminate from your diet?
After doing the
FODMAP
diet for a few weeks, I have had to stop because many of the low
FODMAP
foods have actually been causing a lot of tummy problems.

FODMAP phase 2 (reintroducing)
Can you always stick to the
FODMAP
diet IF the foods you are eating are balanced? Most of the food on the
FODMAP
diet that are high, I don’t eat or like anyway (garlic, onion, pulses, etc).

Low fodmap lentil loaf
Hi all I made this today and it does smell good. It did look quite complicated to make but actually it was quite easy even though I had to make 2 sauces and a herb mix to use for the recipe. Even though the recipe is called lentil loaf it is, in fact, cooked in a square 8" pan. I'm now in the introduction

Does changing your diet help relief pain??
When seeing my consultant a GP was there (for part of her training) said that I should look into
FODMAP
, as restricting some foods could help relief my symptoms. Never heard of this before?! Is this true?? Any tips, advice and any other information would be great! 😊

Lunch out
As many of you know I can't eat out at present because of following the low
fodmap
diet. I have made a couple of exceptions and have been to our local Vegan cafe, I had a jackfruit sandwich there a couple of weeks ago and had no reaction at all.

Very interesting article
I've found this a very interesting article on cooking without onions when following the low
fodmap
diet and there is also a menu where it lists IBS and an overview of the condition. https://www.verywellhealth.com/cooking-without-onions-or-garlic-1324033 I've been following the low
fodmap
diet since early

How did you start low FODMAP? And can I combine portions?
2) can I have 2 portions at the low
FODMAP
weight in one meal? For example, could I have 75g of broccoli and 75g of beans? Or can I only have one portion? Someone on YouTube mentioned things being in the 'same group'..

Hi all I tried out another new Vegan low

fodmap
stock (homemade), basil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper in the filling.
