Hi I have just started a low fodmap eating plan, can I ask are there and low fodmap fish fingers or chicken nuggets I can buy ??

You can probably buy gluten free chicken nuggets from somewhere. If you have an any of the apps you might be able to scan them to make sure they count as low fodmap.

Hi buy Marks and Spencer Gluten free fish fingers and am ok with them. Xx

Be careful with gluten free fish fingers etc as they can still use high fodmap things like pea protein etc, Foodmaestro fodmap app is great for UK branded things :) just type chicken nuggets
