Low fodmap vegan quinoa chilli

Hi all

I'm on a low fodmap diet for IBS and this is the second time I've made this recipe, it's very mild so I may give it a little more of a kick next time. I add peanut butter into mine which I love.

If you like a bit of heat I'd add more spices it's unusually mild.

I'm a bit of a peanut fiend to say the least🤣

Thank you Zoonie. My hubby doesn't eat any of the meals I eat so I cook 2 separate meals.

You could try rice instead of quinoa or another grain ie. Teff. Yes it would be good for jacket potatoes, it would make them nice and moist.

Its another grain, I was looking at it as an extra dimension to my diet.
