Excessive Vitamin E?
I had my first appointment the other day and was told by my midwife to take both the pregnacare+omega3 supplement I was taking as well as additional folic acid and the
fish
oil
that I just happened to have (there isn't any vitamin A in it).

DIO1 and DIO2 Gene issues
Hi everyone - can anyone help please. I am having issues with an endo who is determined to rely on bloods only when I suspect I might have the above problem. Can I ask though how would a defect in the above genes reflect on my blood results which are shown below. Serum free T4 level - Normal - no action

Can Ketone Esters provide Ketones without a Ketone diet?
Back in 2013, Dr. Mary Newport gave a Ted talk on her re-discovery of MCT oil (she'd been aware of it for several years). In short, it greatly helped her husband with AZ. More recently, Ketone Esters are said to be even more potent than MCT oil. This video is from Dr Newport's talk. I've started looking

Glans Problems
I got circumcised on the 24th Dec healing went well but I've developed a red rash on my glans that will not go away. I've been using castor oil as it feels very dry on occasions. To me it feels like new skin is growing on the glans. Has anyone else experienced this or do I need too see a Dr for some
