'Headspin'
I'm sure we have all had a 'Spinning Head' at some time or other, especially since being diagnosed with CLL. Many of us soon realise that CLL is soon joined by a host of other Diagnosis and Prognosis, which can overwhelm us at times,, thus the perpetual 'Headspin'. After five years of W&W, I was told

Oral B12
So i am fully aware that those of us with PA don't absorb b12 through our diets, and that we ideally require treatment through IM injections. But i have also seen articles that suggest that it is at least 'possible' to get 'some' b12 from oral supplements. What do we think about this? I have copied in

Iām really struggling. I drank an energy drink Friday and had a panic attack. Well, ever since then Iāve been hyper focused on my heart rate. I canāt shake it so of course my heart has been racing and I just feel like Iām about to have a heart attack. I donāt even know what to do. I feel so defeated.

Hi, I've posted about Care Opinion before but look every now and then to see if any stories have been posted about B12 deficiency. They want people to share good and bad experiences of health care in UK. Sometimes the GP surgeries

Paclitaxel and hair loss
hi everyone, I have just had my 3rd paclitaxel today, I am on weekly doses via IV and have no signs of my hair falling out? Not even a slight bit? Iām concerned that it means itās not working, has this happened to anyone else or does the hair loss come a little later down the line?

Autophagy could be bad for those who have cancer?
I was already aware for a few years that autophagy, which is triggered by intermittent fasting and long fasts, is very useful to prevent cancer as it is recycles old damaged proteins that could otherwise turn into cancer and also because it helps your body produce new cells and refreshes your immune
