Two studies on INF vs Fibrosis, cellularity
Complete marrow response allows for up to grade 1
fibrosis
, I would have expected only grade 0 qualifies: <<Given the fact that achievements of BM-CR allows for grade 1
fibrosis
in the BM…>> BM response, partial or complete, prevented progression, but CHR also can help, from Table 2 in the report:

Testing after embryo transfer failure
Hi everyone! So after 3 natural modified cycles we managed to get 3 embryos and had one blastocyst grade 3BB put back. I’ve just finished my tww and sadly started bleeding 2 days ago and it’s ended In a BFN. We’ve got a day 3 6cell grade 1 embryo and a day 5 blastocyst grade 4BB so before the next transfer

Fluids in womb and FET help
I am looking for some wise words of advice as feeling really sad. We had a missed miscarriage of twins (naturally conceived) over a year ago. We were then told that I have very low AMH and that we also have male factor infertility. They advised us on doing two freeze all cycles before proceeding with

I've received a letter from the Consultant...
I've received a letter this morning from the consultant saying that I have significant scarring and that I'm at stage 5/6 for
fibrosis
. I've been advised to become permanently abstinent from alcohol and to get my BMI below 25, which I am already working towards.

Dad has been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis on xray alone.
I'm finding the news quite confusing as I don't understand how pulmonary
fibrosis
can be diagnosed from an xray alone. And also I don't understand how the Dr can give a definitive life expectancy without knowing what type of pulmonary
fibrosis
he has. I'm hoping someone can help. Thanks

Worrying appointment today
My
fibrosis
is Grade 3 but I didn't know that the extent of
fibrosis
might affect the feasibility of SCT (although we knew that the risk of graft failure is higher in Myelofibrosis).

The best of three evils: Which medication will cause me least grief?
This drug apparently works on the
fibrosis
without bringing down my immune system, however it still has some lovely side effects. Ofev appears to increase the possibility of bleeding and bruising which causes some concerns.

Is the support offered by GPs in the British NHS acceptable or are there aspects that need better training and education on liver conditions

Serrapeptase
Has anyone had any relief from symptoms by using serrapeptase? I’ve been taking it for a month now and just started my period and so far the pain is less than usual. I’m wondering if it’s this or perhaps I am peri menopausal and my periods will just be lighter and less painful now ?

Large Fibroids and upcoming surgery
I have read a few things on here about fibroids and what you all been through. I have had a difficult journey with doctors to get here, they have messed up and in so many words admitted it. I have surgery to have a total hysterectomy, I am really struggling with this. Has anyone else had a hysterectomy
