Serrapeptase

Has anyone had any relief from symptoms by using serrapeptase? I’ve been taking it for a month now and just started my period and so far the pain is less than usual. I’m wondering if it’s this or perhaps I am peri menopausal and my periods will just be lighter and less painful now ?

I haven't used it myself, in fact I just had to look it up. I'd be very interested to hear if other endo sufferers have had good results with this. Did you get it prescribed, or do you have to source it yourself?

Hi JaneI got it myself from Holland and Barrett, it’s an enzyme so it’s more of a herbal remedy.

Hi I took it for several months but all it did for me was make me feel even sicker than I already did.

So I’m now three months in and it’s definitely helping , I’m working up to 3 tablets a day but building up slowly so I don’t get sick on it which can happen. It’s definitely helping with my pain so it must be doing so thing good and perhaps it is eating up the adhesions.
