OTD & 2nd failed ICSI attempt… Considering IVF Abroad
Hiya, any tips for ICSI/IVF abroad, been a bumpy road for us - due to using our x1 NHS funding and then paying for

privately ourselves we now need to consider starting the whole process again. Due to UK costs considering ICSI/IVF abroad / any suggestions and/or recommendations appreciated 🥹

OTD - negative
It was my first
FET
and we don’t have any more frozen embryos. I’ve cried nonstop for the past 3hours. With all sorts going through my head, why me? Why is it so unfair? Why is it so difficult to have a baby?

Has anyone had bleeding before an FET?
Has anyone had bleeding in the lead up to an
FET
? I'm taking progynova plus patches and I've had some bleeding today (day 5). It's like a light period bleed. I've phoned the clinic and they have said to wait until my next scan on Wednesday so they can see what's happening.

After 3 failed fresh IVF cycles, we have our BFP from our first
FET
cycle! It’s so exciting to get to this milestone even though this brings a new layer of worry hoping everything goes on fine till the end.

Pain on right side 5 weeks pregnant

Is there anything I should do differently this time? Scheduled for FET after 3 failed fresh transfers
For the last cycle we had 3 embryos left which were frozen and I am scheduled to begin the
FET
transfer process tomorrow with the goserelin injection. I am very worried about the chance of success of the
FET
given the implantation failed with the same batch during the fresh transfer.

Sitagliptin
Has anyone ever been prescribed sitagliptin for recurrent implantation failure? I had a biopsy in Coventry (Dr Brosens) as we’ve had 3 failed transfers with top embryos and it has shown results which are more in keeping with recurrent miscarriages (which I’ve never had, never had a positive test) rather

nausea with estrogen tablets
Hi, I’m on a
FET
cycle and started taking estrogen tablets three days ago and I’ve been feeling sick since so I presume it’s these tablets that are causing it.

period?
I am currently worried as my period to start my
FET
still has not started. It’s been now 60 days since my last period, I have a history of PCOS however it’s been a long time where I have gone a month without a period. Do you think I should contact the clinic?

NHS wait time question
I understand that no one can answer this question totally accurately but I wondered what people’s wait times between cycles has generally been on the nhs for first-second transfer? Our wait time from first hospital consult to embryo transfer was initially 8 months. Our next cycle doesn’t involve an egg

**sensitive** BFP following FET but now obsessively taking pregnancy tests!
I'm embarrassed to admit this but I hope someone might have experienced something similar and have some words of advice. Since day 8 following my transfer I have tested every 2 days and now I'm past by OTD and have a scan booked in for 3 weeks time. The trouble is I'm still testing and feel like it's

Tips to manage embryo transfer phase
Hi my great family, The long wait will be over this week as my transfer day 5 has been scheduled. I produced 11eggs, 8 matured, 5 got fertilized via ICSI. I had mild lower abdomen cramp, which I kept drinking lot of water and it got better. Currently I am not feeling the lower abdomen cramp like before

First time FET
Hello ladies, I have my
FET
process due to start tomorrow. I will revive my first injection to stop my normal cycle then I’ll go back again on the 22nd for a scan and another injection before medication. I’ve never been through
FET
before and wondered how the process is.

Frozen Embryo Transfer
Hi 👋 Does anyone know how long you usually have to wait between egg retrieval and a Frozen Embryo Transfer? We got 5 good quality embryos which have now been frozen 🙂

When did you get your 2-3 and 3+ on CB?
Hey everyone. We were ecstatic to get our BFP on day 8 after 5 day embryo transfer. However our CB only showed 1-2 weeks and apparently I am now considers 4 weeks pregnant. I am too scared to test again now I’m at 12 days post transfer in case it still says the same thing. Any stories of being

is HCG monitoring needed ?
hello I had a positive pregnancy test yesterday (from euploid frozen embryo transfer by embryo donor) and an initial HCG test with a level of 410 which the nurse said is very good. I am now unclear about whether I need to keep monitoring HCG levels like most of my friends did when they went through ivf

First FET and unsure of protocols
I’m interested to know what
FET
protocols consist of drug and time wise. I am fed up of the stim drugs and really hoped the
FET
is less medicated than the fresh but I’m not sure this is the case. Please could anyone share their protocols for
FET
(I’m based in the UK if that makes a difference?)

Would you recommend any further tests BEFORE IVF? (ERA, NK cells, etc)
Hello lovely community, I may be jumping the gun here and i’m open to be told i’m being ridiculous! I’m 33, have a very high AMH, short luteal phase of 5 days and some signs of PCOS (High follicle count, slightly raised testosterone but normal LH/FSH balance and i ovulate on my own) The nurse

Estradiol patches for FET coming off
Any advice welcome…I am on estradiol patches 2 x weekly for my
FET
. The patches are secure but are coming loose before the 3.5 days is up. My current patch has only been on 2 days and has mainly come off, I have tried to secure it back down with micropore tape but not sure what to do.
