third negative embryo transfer

I have fibroids And now third negative pregnancy test with embryo transfer

I was on x1 cyclogest 400 mg and x 1 lubion 25mg

And x 3 progynova and x 1 clexane a day but still negative pregnancy test .

Should I be on x 2 cyclogest 400mg a day for embryo transfer.?

progesterone was high before transfer 98.01

Why was pregnancy test negative?

Would appreciate your comments please

Hi izzy. So sorry to hear that this cycle was unsuccessful, and hope you have plenty of support just now. Perhaps get your Fallopian Tubes check, also maybe a hysteroscopy to check your womb and lining. Apologies I already done. Thinking of you. Diane

I’ve had 3 BFN and a chemical. I’m afraid it’s sometimes just a numbers game. Don’t give up! I’m only ever on 3 Progynova and 2 cyclogest and my lining and progesterone always optimal.

I had 3xbfn with my own eggs and fibroids. I had the fibroids removed but then went onto DE anyway. Due to age and quality of eggs. Not sure what did the trick in the end.

I guess having them removed also depends on the fibroids, where they are, how many and how big they are. I had two large ones and 5 or 6 small ones removed but the doctor said it was not all of them. They were some small ones left.

It does mean taking time out and it was actually hard to start again afterwards.

I did have a hysteroscopy a few years after the operation and they said there was one small one just over the Fallopian tube but as I was using DE that wasn’t an issue.

So sorry you are going through this, the only thing from my experience would be to get your NK cells checked. but like someone else has said it can just be a numbers game -a very cruel one
