fertility diet
Hello. I’m waiting for the dates of my next embryo transfer and I want to make sure I’m eating the right stuff to prep my body. I’ve not recieved any diet advice from the clinic and there is lots of vague info online. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to seek dieting guidance? Thank you

How to build support around you during a cycle?
We've been through this many times before and were super lucky to have had my daughter (now 20 months) through a successful ICSE
FET
. We started a fresh cycle in June in the hopes of having a second.

Brown discharge before and after FET - help
However, the day of my
FET
the nurse said I had old blood but it was coming from the cervix and not inside uterus so it was nothing to worry about. However the brown discharge has continued, mainly when I go to the toilet and wipe. It’s not pink it’s light brown beige.

3bb embryo
Hello Ladies, Im in the middle of a
FET
cycle and my transfer date is June 7th. I have two frozen embryos, 1x 3bb and 1x 3bc. I’m only transferring one this cycle which will be the 3bb and I’m looking for any success stories with this embryo quality. Thank you in advance 🙂

Synarel side effects
Hi girls. Has anyone experienced headaches on one side and no pain relief easing it? Also can anyone tell me if you can still get OHSS from synarel only. This is a frozen embryo transfer so no injections this time round.

Natural FET - Beginning this month
Is there anyone starting their
fet
journey this week/month? I have a baseline booked for tomorrow morning (28/07/2022) and whilst I was feeling okay, I can feel the anxiety creeping in 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve just finished a fortnight of norethisterone, and the withdrawal bleed started Monday.

Aspirin and vitamin e
Following failed transfer, our doctor mentioned in the call that I could try taking 75mg baby aspirin per day for my next
FET
cycle. While googling articles about baby aspirin in
FET
, I found many articles are saying aspirin and vitamin E can both improve the blood flow in uterus.

*sensitive* 9dp5dt FET is this to light for 9days.
Hey, Just after some advice. I’ve been testing since 5dp and been getting darker lines but 8and 9 there is not a huge difference. I’m panicking this isn’t dark enough for a 9dp5dt. My OTD isn’t until Saturday but I’m scared this should be darker going on other peoples tests. 😔

Does your clinic make you take northisterone to prep for an FET cycle?
We’re doing medicated FETs due to it being what we did for the ERA but they said we could try a natural
FET
if we wanted but as it wasn’t done for ERA it’s not ideal, but I could because I had natural conceptions that miscarried before so likely repetitive (which my era said).
