I had my
FET
transfer on the 15th Feb, tested this morning but let hubby do the stick. I got up in the night and had a wee about midnight and used urine from my 7am wee, not sure if that makes a difference, was it too diluted??

Affordable hCG tests for medicated FET overseas
Hi everyone, How do you go about getting hCG tests done, if you aren't with a UK clinic? My GP told me that NHS doesn't offer blood tests. I prefer getting my blood taken from veins to finger prick type collection. Any tips and experiences will be appreciated.

Updates from Clinic - FET
Just had our second round of IVF, collected 23 eggs so had to do a ‘freeze all’ because of risk of OHSS. I had a phone call on day 1 to advise that 16 had fertilised but it’s now day 6 and I’ve heard nothing since. I just wondered how often other clinics provide updates and if this is the norm? On our

1st FET - process query 🤔
Hi everyone, I had a fresh transfer back in September which was a negative result. I'm currently awaiting my period (which is ofc late when I want it to start 🙄😆) but will call the clinic for a baseline scan when it starts. Can I ask people's experiences from the baseline onwards please. How many days

Weight gain - Post treatment but prior to FET
Hello everyone, I started my fertility journey in March and was really lucky to have 2 embryo’s frozen, but due to a polyp haven’t yet had my
FET
. I was just wondering if anyone had noticed an increase in weight after treatment.

Feeling down, no period
After three failed
FET
, since February I had no period. I'm 43 years old and I have what feels like perimenopause. I'm worried all the hormone treatment and mock cycles in-between has messed up my biology. I've taken pessaries for seven days that supposed to bring on period but sadly nothing.

Exercise before FET
I hope you’re all keeping well and strong on your journey xx I have a query, what is the advice re exercise prior to
FET
? I’m assuming you can pretty much carry on as normal as there’s no stims and no ovaries enlarged ?

Trigger warning, miscarriage advice
I recently had a medicated
FET
had a positive test and was super excited. Then started experiencing pain so my clinic referred me to the EPU due to history of ectopics.

Low grade success stories!
Currently age 36, naturally conceived DC from a twin pregnancy and 3 previous failed transfers, none of which implanted; 5ab 5bb 3bb I was told on my last
fet
that I could have a double transfer, but opted for set. But I am seriously considering a double this time round.

Thin lining at 5.6mm for FET - Any tips?
I am due to have my
FET
this month (fingers crossed). Has my initial scan on day 9 which showed a triple layer lining - which my scanning nurse said looked great however my lining was quite not ready and was measuring at 5.6mm. She advised anything that is 7 and above, would be ideal for transfer.

Hi there, i'm 3weeks post

Progynova anxiety
I’m currently 12 days into an
FET
, taking x4 Progynova each night before sleep. The last few days I’ve been feeling super anxious - overthinking everything, so many thoughts going round in my head, cannot seem to shake it.

Question on Lubion
I had my (second) lining scan today, it was finally 7,3 mm and I was given the ok to start progesterone in preparation of
FET
day that will be next Saturday 🤞🤞🤞 I’ve been instructed to start cyclogest pessaries and lubion injections tomorrow. Is it better to inject morning or evening?
