About to start a medicated FET, any advice?

So I'm going to be starting a medicated FET in a few weeks to try for a sibling for my almost 1 year old that came from a our 3rd round of IVF. I've not done a FET before so any tips or advice would be much appreciated 😊

Are you short or long protocol? I always feel better on a short and estrogen and progesterone don't make me feel too rough, just tired. They mimic pregnancy symptoms which is a bit 🤬

Look up:

- beetroot/pomegranate juice for thickening lining

- probiotics for womb (purple Optibac ones)

I have no idea the Dr didn't really explain it just said that due to my lack of ovulation it's better to do medicated waiting for nursing team to send over my plan and prescription for meds. Just know that I will be taking norethisterone from the second of March.

It sounds like you're doing a long protocol fet. I've just done my second try with FET for a sibling and I think the hardest part was having a toddler and doing IVF!
