Natural fet

Please can people share how many days after lh surge your clinic transfers 5 day embryo? One clinic I'm with does 5 days and other 7. How can clinics do it differently surely it should be the same wherever you go although someone told me there is a larger 'window ' for natural fets. Also do your clinics tell you to test just once a day in am? That's what mine have done but I usually do evening so was going to test x2 a day so say I surged in the pm then still surging next day am would it still be 7 days from the am surge and ok timing wise? As the first I knew of the surge would be 12 hours earlier if that makes sense. Thanks

5 or 6 days with mine but the did say there was a window with natural as the egg and sperm don’t always fertilise exactly on ovulation day outside of treatment xx
