FET cancellation - no periods after Lupron depot shot

Dear community,

Does anyone have experience with Lupron Deport - I was supposed to have FET preparation and on day 20 of my last period I got Lupron Depot 3.75 shot. 3 weeks after I still don’t have my periods, which were supposed to come within 4-10 days after the shot (4-10 days depending on the doctor). I am 43 and perimenopausal, and I really fear that I put myself into permanent menopause.

It was my last resort to use antagonist protocol after 5 cancelled and 1 unsuccessful FETs last year.

Any experience?

thank you so much !

I did the lupron protocol and my period stopped for 3 months before my FET transfer and I was told it’s normal to not get a period on lupron

Hi Katsi. Hioefully that’s not the case, it is hopefully just taking time to go back to what is normal for you. I’ve seen it happen before. Good luck. Diane
