So… I had a fresh transfer back in December 2023 where I got a BFP but it ended in mc. The embryo was a day 5 3BB
Then this past Monday we had our FET. Out embryo is a day 6 5BB. Today I am 5dpt.
During my first tww, I had light cramping, a terrible consistent headache and dizziness from 6dpt.
but this time round, I’ve barely had anything. I was super tired straight after transfer and 1dpt. I’ve had some light cramping but nothing like I did last time. A bit of a headache last night but nothing like before. And tbh I think the dizziness was more to do with my thyroid than pregnancy.
Are these symptoms more to do with the progesterone? Has anyone else had experience of different symptoms but ended up with a BFP both times anyway?
I’m just so so scared this hasn’t worked.
TIA xxx

Hello, no answers for you as the TWW is its own form of torture. Just wanted to send solidarity- I’m also 5dp5dt with two super slow growing morulas. Not feeling hopeful at all with our history and the quality of the embryos and yet I am still going demented with the wait! Hope the time goes quickly for you xx
Yep, of 5 BFPs (two of which lasted) there's been zero pattern. First time I really felt pregnant (massive boobs, exhausted, cramps...) that ended around 6 weeks and the HCG had stoped very early and never got high enough to have caused the symptoms I had experienced. Next time felt absolutely nothing but got spotting and bleeding before OTD. Next time I got a super early BFP and the HCG shot up and all I got was a very brief period of intense cramps at 2dpt and a tiny amount of spotting, then nothing really until around 5/6 weeks when it became very noticeable and unmistakable pregnancy symptoms. This time's a natural pregnancy and I had what felt like the worst PMT, all the usual period symptoms and even bleeding around when my period would have been due - so much so I didn't even consider I might be pregnant and just kept preparing for my natural FET later than month - it was only weird blood test results for the FET that suggested anything else. So for me all the early symptoms are the meds and, if fresh, the after effects from collection. But even on the same meds I've had different experiences. I test early and get HCGs done as I can't hack the not knowing and mind spiralling. But if you're going to wait I would just put all symptoms spotting to one side to save driving yourself crazy.
I have very mild cramps, and a bit tired, sensitive nipples and nothing else. I'm 11dpt and they just told me it's positive. So to me, what you explain definitely could be all positive signs
Hey I’m just a day behind you as I’m 5dp5dt today with my last 2 from this round. A 5 day AB and a 6 day BB 🥶 🥶 🙏🏼 🌈
This is my 7th transfer and I’ve had different symptoms every time - 5 BFN snd 1 chemical. The meds are so cruel mimicking pregnancy.
This time I’ve had different yet again. String cramps days 1,2 and 4. Plus an on off headache. Also a really acute sense of smell. I’m trying to ignore it all but stay positive 🤞🏼 and enjoy being PUPO 💖
I had a miscarriage in December and had my second transfer on Wednesday and I am feeling exactly the same way! My symptoms are not as bad as the first round. I slept after my transfer on Wednesday and Iv had cramping ever since. Last transfer I was very sick and dizzy and had an insane appetite. This time around Iv no urge to eat as much and I also don’t feel as sick. I am getting headaches randomly. So hoping maybe it’s because our body’s know what to expect this time around ? Iv been avoiding testing and waiting till Sunday
