I have my lining scan on Tuesday, on Progynova 1x3 times a day, and having injections in the am just up to today) my weight has increased by 8lbs and I’m nervous my clinic will put a pause on the transfer (if my lining is thick enough of course). Worried as my weight is now over the the recommended BMI of 30… guilt and shame but I know it’s due to the meds, and now just concerned this will out a pause on it all. I’m eating healthily and drinking and doing lots of walking but it’s still creeping up. If they say it’s OHSS (probably I guess) will they bump it 😳 really just want this moving forward it’s our first transfer and want it safe… I’m just not so patient I guess

they shouldn’t stop a transfer mid cycle as they’re aware the drugs increase weight. I shouldn’t worry too much and focus on getting into the right mindset for your transfer. Positive vibes all the way! My clinic didn’t even check my weight once I’d started treatment but I think that’s unusual 🤷🏽‍♀️ good luck! X

I would just like to reiterate what Bexarama83 said. My clinic never checked my weight again once meds had started. I know it is easier said than done, but please try and not stress about this.

Hi I hope you’re well , don’t worry too much about it xx I just had my scan last Thursday and they didn’t weight me again, they only did on the first appointment before I started the medicines, so you should be ok xx

Clinics usually don’t weigh you after treatment has commenced. I’ve started a FET and was only weighed at my first appointment prior to the Prostap injection and not at baseline scan a couple of weeks later. I also know my weight has went up a bit xx
