Fertility test

I have had a couple of AMH tests done recently, the first just through a Fertility test to have my irregular bleeding investigated and was shock to realise that I had low amh. My most recent one came back as 0.86 pmol/l and I am at a bit of a loss at 26 as to what to do and what this means for me.

I'm having some anxiety about my health I think that's why I chose to get some testing done and after the miscarriage is done I will do a fertility test. I always feared that having stress from anxiety was secretly harming my overall health. I'm just trying to stay calm.

Not sure if we should keep trying or go to our GP for a fertility test.

For those who’ve tested positive for Antiphospholipid antibodies (I’ve had two samples 12 weeks apart with raised IgM cardiolipin), what dose of clexane/inhixa/enoxaparin were you prescribed? My next test is due the end of January and despite fertility asking them to titrate my dosage to TSH and T4 they've only put TSH on the blood form and when I raised this said it wasn't needed. Is there some sort of hack to get them to actually do what they should?
