At-home fertility test kits
Just saw this a few minutes ago: [i]I would love to hear from women/ men who have tried at-home
fertility
test
kits? Lots of advertising for these products at the moment, so keen to hear experiences and whether they were helpful or not.

Why can't I decide? Out of my mind.
I have always been on the fence about whether children were for me. When I was 35 I decided to get fertility testing, just to see the results. I was diagnosed with a low ovarian reserve. Doctors recommended IVF/donor eggs if I ever wished to get pregnant, but still no guarantees. Shortly after these

Hi everyone, I am feeling completely overwhelmed and stressed with all of the information online and really don’t know where to start. I have PCOS and have been diagnosed since I was around 16 (I’m now 26) however have only really started to understand it over the last few years as my GP really brushes

From a Male perspective
My Partner and I have been trying to conceive naturally for the past 12 months with no luck so I decided to go for a
fertility
test
a couple of months ago. Unfortunately the result came back as a low-count and a few other minor issues.

Solo mother by choice
I'm just starting my journey, and when I say JUST starting my journey, I havent had a
fertility
test
yet. I'm 30, 31 in April, and coming off my pill in the next month. Was anyone else on the POP and how long did it take for your periods to come back to normal?

Ubiquinol/Coq10- Impact on cycle length
hello everyone , I have recently started Coq10. I think it has been around 20 days or so. I have switched to Ubiquinol last week and have notice I came on my periods a week earlier. I have a regular cycle and changes in length happens very rarely so I am confused whether it’s due to Coq10. Has anyone

Ubiquinol or Ubiquinone???
I'm taking Coq10 in the lead up to my 2nd IVF egg retrieval in the hope of improving egg quality (along with diet changes). Most of my eggs were immature in the 1st round leading to poor results...I've noticed many people recommend Uniquinol and I've just noticed I've been taking Ubiquinone. I bought

Exercise and infertility
Hi everyone, The arrival of another period has sent me into another frenzy of Googling and questioning absolutely everything I'm doing. My period was a couple of days late and stupidly allowed myself to hope that it had finally happened 😞 So this mornings panic is - am I doing too much exercise,

ubiquinone vs ubiquinol
I have just realised my Coq10 I’ve been taking for three months is ubiquinone form. I just thought I was taking ubiquinol 😫 Been doing 300mg twice a day. I’m worried I’ve missed a trick now. I’ve ordered some ubiquinol now but I’m starting downreg in about three weeks. Thoughts please lovely people

DHEA max levels & info from my clinic
So I have googled a lot of the posts in this forum on DHEA and it seems to be the general consensus that DHEA is worth taking (I have been taking it) but that when it gets too high it can intefere with egg quality, which is a concern. Like everyone I have read It Starts with the Egg and of course the

Down regulation - blood test?
My first question is does your
fertility
clinic do blood
test
in addition to the scan, before you start taking the stims meds? When I asked my
fertility
clinic about the blood
test
, their answer was very vague. I dont think they will do the blood test which makes me very nervous.

Flying with liquid medication
I go on holiday in a couple of weeks and need to take all my needles and lubion as well as Tinzaparin. Although they are less than 100ml in each vial/syringe, collectively they’ll be more than 100ml. Do I just need to take my prescription or do I have to declare the meds or get in touch with the airports

Ivf loss - due to lack of TSH/ Hypothyroidism monitoring? Any advice appreciated :)
Originally, she had asked her GP/
fertility
doctors to
test
TSH before transfer, but they didn’t think it was needed (Her last test was in the summer). She thinks this could've been a big error, possibly causing loss of our embryo.

IVF vs ICSI for borderline MFI
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on standard IVF vs ICSI if you have MFI but it’s not too bad? We conceived naturally 3 times…one early loss, one living daughter (4yo) and then a daughter we lost to PPROM/premature labour (2 years ago). After losing our daughter we TTC for

Has anyone had a second AMH test and seen a positive increase?
But one other question I’m keen to ask and hear your experiences on is whether anyone with low AMH has had a second blood
test
and seen it increase? It’s something my
fertility
acupuncturist suggested we might want to do given my low AMH is the reason we didn’t get NHS funding.

Fisft FET - BFN 😭 Need some next steps advice as will be switching the clinic
I am nearly 36 with AMH 14.5 pmol/L (=2.03 ng/ml) as of last year's
test
. Otherwise fit and healthy; all standard
fertility
tests are normal. Any recomendations highly appriciated! 🙏
