Ubiquinol/Coq10- Impact on cycle length

hello everyone ,

I have recently started Coq10. I think it has been around 20 days or so. I have switched to Ubiquinol last week and have notice I came on my periods a week earlier.

I have a regular cycle and changes in length happens very rarely so I am confused whether it’s due to Coq10.

Has anyone experienced any changes due to Coq10?

no I did not feel any change. Eating almost 2 months now because going for second cycle of ivf.

Hi, I've been taking it since last April and I didn't notice that it has affected me in any way to be honest. I'm taking 600ug a day and I've taken both Ubiquinone and ubiquinol. I don't know whether you can see changes so early but there's also not enough research on it, I think! I hope this helps.
