Need advice pls
thyroid area and my ear feel dizzy blurry vision pains in my hands arm and back of left shoulder i went back to my gp he did nlood test just tsh results were 2.6 range 0.27 to 4.5 again he said all normal in mot on any thyroix medication since last year taking all the supplemets too d3 bcomplex b12

Latest bloods what do you think
OK got my results will put ranges in brackets, medication at the moment b12 jabs every 8 wks, folate 1 a day

1 a day fultium (vit d 800g) twice a day I do take others but having a break from them as rattling a bit too much :) i know they have side effects and don't really help that much

Supplements advice please
I have Hashimotos and I have symptoms of going to the toilet more frequently (hard stool) heavy periods, tiredness, sweats, shaking, weak muscles, stretch marks on hips, hyperpigmentation on skin in creases, bone pain, headaches, weight gain, hair loss, puffy eyes and ankles. Taking 6000iu vitamin D3

Mycophenolate Questions
I have stopped the
ferrous
sulphate
. Maybe i should start it again - just my stools were green (sorry for the detail). Am now on the maximum dose of mycophenolate 2000g - seem to be ok - just a bit tired - on my 5th week, noticed small changed in skin.

Previous GP wanted to wait and see but GP I saw today has said for me to start levothyroxine 25mcg then 50mcg 3 weeks after and then 75mcg 3 weeks after that with a retest in 6-8 weeks He felt my neck and my thyroid is swollen on one side Ultrasound scan was done 2 years ago and thyroid was found to

Out of the mouth of.....

I also have iron deficiency and folate deficiency and vitamin D deficiency and I supplement for these advice would be appreciated results before B12 injection but after everything else thank you Ferritin 61 range 30 - 400 MCV 78.2 range 80 - 98 MCHC 374 range 310 - 350 Haemoglobin 120 range 115 - 150

First day back on the beta blocker, this time half dose of 1.25mg. Managed walk into town OK. Imagine if you can, school outfitters on the last Saturday before the kids go back to school.....we only wanted iron on name tags but some families had obviously decided that this was the best day to shop for

Testing for pernicious anaemia
Recommended to come here by a helpful thyroid uk member. Looking for testing for pernicious anaemia due to consistently low vits and mins and symptoms. Not feeling well taking 210mg ferrous fumarate once a day for iron deficiency since Jan 2017 and 5mg folic acid for folate deficiency since Nov 2016
