Some advice before a battle with GP!
Also osteoporosis, chronic vitamin D deficiency, depression,
fatigue
, etc. And I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which I suspect is potentially hypothyroid disease in disguise. All advice will be very gratefully accepted D x

no transplant needed!
I said to him the only thing that gets me is the
fatigue
and he said that side effect is irreversible transplant or no transplant and will always have that it’s learning where my limits are and how to manage it, so if anyone who has
fatigue
what helps you?

New here, hello!
I'm really struggling with the chronic
fatigue
side of things and although I realise that I'm relatively lucky, symptom wise, I worry about the future. I'm very glad to have found this place and all of you with your experience.

wired after b-complex
I’ve been self injecting for a month now (plus low dose methylfolate and Spatone) and while some of the pins and needles type symptoms have reduced, the
fatigue
has been crushing. Decided to add a low dose b-complex to the mix and started on 1/4 of the dose.

TBI after autistic burnout
Whilst I recovered well physically and left hospital being told I was in the lucky 10% of people who recovered naturally without the need for surgery, this has left me with side effects that still trouble me today which include depression, headaches, short term memory issues,
fatigue
, and anger/outbursts

, dizziness and pins and needles on my left hand.

Flared once again at 7.5-disappointing.
So presently I am at 12mg but I’m still having breakout pain and
fatigue
. Could this be caused by our extreme cold weather or the stress of affording to pay for my mom’s care in the Memory Care Facility the past four months? I feel so disappointed that I’ve had to increase again.

Just been diagnosed with Hashimotos
I’m really struggling with
fatigue
, bouts of low blood sugar, as well as trying to manage perimenopause symptoms. I’ve got a really great doctor and have been on levothyroxine for two weeks. My question is, is it normal to feel this poorly?

Fatigue and joint and body pain- what helps?
My worst symptoms currently are extreme
fatigue
and ‘whole body’ aching, my hands are particularly achey and the skin from elbow to fingers feels like it’s constantly burning.

Better this morning!
Thank you again for your support -- you made a huge difference for me yesterday -- I was at the end of my rope with this Dreadful
Fatigue
! I've looked into various support networks but this one is hands down the most thoughtful and intelligent. I wish I could be meeting some of you in person!!

Late Expectations
Then it all stopped and the
fatigue
, blurry head, leg pain/weakness has returned. Rightly or wrongly I have cut tablets in half because I just want to function. Does this make any sense to anyone? Grateful for any advice.

Anyone have late onset msa slow progression with ataxia and autonomic disorder?
Digestive problems probably bother me the most with
fatigue
coming second. Trying to eat small amounts of food, dealing with constipation all the time and tight uncomfortable band of pain is draining me. Endoscopy and colonoscopy showed nothing. U/S showed nothing wrong.

ears - a random one…
Particularly my eyes, right leg and
fatigue
- let alone joint pains. I nice GP listened to me last week and gave me some medication for labringthitis. This has made a massive difference to how dizzy and nauseous I feel. I feel the brain fog is improving and feel like I can function.

negative antibodies
It was myself who requested the antibody test- just in case the
fatigue
is due to something else. I started HRT after the results came back, just in case it was that instead. Again, it was me who suggested to the doc this might be worth a go. So far, it’s not improved the lethargy.
