Fatigue and Exercise
Has anyone any thoughts. on carrying on exercising, whist going through bad
fatigue
. I have a daily morning routine which I have been doing since I was diagnosed in 2018. I do not feel like doing it at the moment. So far, I have pushed myself through it.

Methotrexate, fatigue, nausea and sugar
After over 2 years of struggling with nausea and
fatigue
for a couple of days after my methotrexate injection, I've discovered something that really helps me.

Tapering and Fatigue
However, in the last two days I have been completely overcome with
fatigue
such that I am barely able to function. I also feel a bit shaky which feels like a blood sugar issue around hunger/eating.

Extreme Fatigue Post Heart Attack
I think I've been recovering well, but am having one major issue with
fatigue
. It's only got really bad in the last month or so. I can sleep for 20 hours, be awake for 4, then sleep for another 20. I'm also having issues of feeling light headed and dizzy. My blood pressure is fine.

Breathless
The
fatigue
is also worse. I have had this on and on off since having PMR but it has got a lot worse recently. I'm due to go to France for a week in 6 weeks time with family and am concerned about what to do. Anyone else getting
fatigue
with breathlessness?

Fatigue During SBRT
I had SBRT to my prostate and sternum this morning and have felt really tired all day. Is that common or just a coincidence? Thanks.

cirrhosis, fatigue and joint pain
I have compensated cirrhosis and am now experiencing extreme
fatigue
and joint pain particularly around shoulders. Has anyone experiencing anything similar. Admittedly the shoulder pain does vary, from barely noticeable to waking me in the night.

I make trying to suppress EBV a leg of my supplement strategy.
I replied to a comment with this comment, then decided to share it as a post also:
As somebody who has been exposed to EBV (mono), I make trying to suppress EBV a leg of my supplement strategy. I need to write up everything I think helps with EBV, but here is a short list: -
Lactobacillus

Struggling with Fatigue
It's so hard to wake up in the morning and get going. Not sure if I'm just not excited about my work anymore or if it's something else. I've been sleeping 12+ hours a night and occasionally taking a nap, too. Any advice?

Adrenal testing with PMR
I have heard different answers in the past including one Endocrinologist I saw about a year ago regarding extreme
fatigue
and who would not test me until I was off Prednisone. I was on a relatively low dose of Prednisone at the time.

MTX, fatigue and brain fog
My difficulty is the constant
fatigue
, brain fog, mild headache and tired, almost achy eyes. I work full time and really feel these things are effecting my work and ability to function. I'm 60, and work as a senior manager in a role many would consider quite stressful.

dreadful morning fatigue
sorry , I am still banging on about my terrible morning
fatigue
. I have posted many times , and just can’t give up searching for an answer to help me feel better . As said before my mornings are like fighting out of an anaesthetic with leg weakness.
