Every GP and Endocrinologist say my thyroid levels are fine. My first set of labs posted here was very likely in 2016/7 when I started suffering extreme fatigue and hairloss. I still suffer from the fatigue. Hairline is receding which is so sad and a hit to confidence. I am female. I shaved it all off once because I couldn't bear to watch it fall out. I was referred to Rhematologist who said he couldn't find anything wrong with me and thinks I have CFS. I gave up but I want to try again.
Labs were taken fasted before 10am. Any thoughts, advice and experience appreciated. Thank you. My Hb1Ac started to rise with the inactivity from the extreme fatigue.

I did a saliva cortisol test with Geneva. I take Vit D and B three to four weeks on and three to four weeks off. I take Zinc, Iron and Vit C as well and silica.
I always look at FT3 and FT4 levels first because...
T3 plays the most vital roles in the body. For example, metabolic rate, heart and digestive functions, muscle control, brain development and function, and the maintenance of bones.
Your FT3 is too low at 43.24% through the reference range
T4 is the storage hormone which is converted in various tissues of the body to T3
So.....we need a good level of T4 to convert and produce T3
Your FT4 is only 39% through the reference range....so very inadequate
We aim to have both Frees roughly approaching 75% through their respective ranges.....higher than your levels!
So what do we make of this....
Your FT4 is too low
However, your T4 to T3 conversion is fortunately good....but that low FT4 cannot produce adequate T3 for the body's needs...
So your FT3 is also too low
For good health every cell in the body must be flooded with T3 by way of an adequate and constant supply....
this isn't happening for you and as a result you are experiencing symptoms of hypothyroidism which need to be treated
So to raise your FT3 and therefore your wellbeing you need to to add replacement thyroid hormone in the form of Levothyroxine/T4 which is a bio-identical synthetic hormone.
Starting dose is 50mcg, test again after 6/8 weeks and based on those results increase by 25mcg levo....repeat the test/ increase protocol until symptoms improve.
Your medics are likely looking at ...
TSH which is proven to be an unreliable marker
and the Frees which are within ref ranges so they conclude are satisfactory. NOT!!
Because ....those Frees need not only sit within the range but MUST sit at the EXACT POINT within the range where symptoms are resolved.....your results are too low in the range for your needs
Time for a reassessment of the treatment of hypothyroidism

Remember there is no such thing as a general "normal"... ie fine for everyone.
We are all different and what works for us as individals may be very different to what works for others....we have to establish our own personal normal. We cannot all be calibrated to a set point like kettles of a production line!
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, IBSand the like until, barely able to function, it dawned on me that I needed a thyroid test ....turns out I have a complicated thyroid problem which I had to research and find myself. So my faith in medics thyroid knowledge has been destroyed.....we need to learn and self advocate!
I am not sure that I have ever felt so validated on this issue. Thank you so much. May I ask how you got help in the end? What helped you educate your doctor?
I am trying to send you a private message. Is this okay please? I promise not to inundate you. I am not going to ask for advice either. Just a bit more on the route I am ready and willing to take. I am tired of feeling this way as I am sure a lot of us are too
Not sure if this message is meant for DippyDame or SlowDragon , but they will not have been notified as you didn't use the reply box directly underneath their reply. however they will hopefully see it now as i have tagged them for you .

I'm not sure that I can add much to my earlier reply.
The help I received came from some knowledgeable and experienced members here. Like many of us I decided I had to learn and take control of my health because medics couldn't help.
I don't think your case is complicated....you just need to present your case for having levothyroxine prescribed...
and persuade a GP to listen.
You could try asking politely if a GP will give you a trial on levothyroxine, based on the low hormone test results and on your symptoms. Tick those on the following lists and give then to the GP
