Bosoprolol withdrawal
I no longer have breathlessness or
fatigue
after taking the drugs. It's the 5 months now, I tried stopping the drug and my heartbeat went out of proportion. So I was still scared and kept on taking it...

Pausing methotrexate
I posted previously about suspected side effects of mtx, mainly brain fog and
fatigue
. When I asked rheumatology about trying a different drug i was told those symptoms were not caused by MTX and i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and that was the cause.

Latest Medicheck results
I would really welcome any advice and comments on my latest Medicheck results as I am continuing to experience
fatigue
on a daily basis and generally feeling poo. I followed the guidelines of when to take Levothyroxine but continued to take B12 as I feel too unwell without it. TIA.

How much patience with modafinil?
I'm among the many struggling with extreme
fatigue
. Just got a prescription for 100mg of modafinil/day and after a week, if there is any change it has been for the worse. To those who have benefitted from this medicine, did it take more than a week to show improvement?

Annual review and fibro diagnosis
He didn't think the brain fog and
fatigue
was due to the MTX. He thinks the knee pain is possibly osteoarthritis and wants me to have an xray. And he thinks the brain fog and
fatigue
is fibromyalgia.

Anyone find cold plunge or sauna helpful?
Working to stay ahead of
fatigue
with resistance training and weighted vest walking as I gear up for radiation and chemo in the next few months. Anyone done any cold plunge or sauna to help battle side effects or get better sleep? What was your experience?

In a word ‘knackered’! moan time
I have had brain fog and
fatigue
and burning pain for nearly 20 years (diagnosed with fibromyalgia), so may take me a long time before I see any results. So sorry, this is just a moan really. 😫☹️
