Hi Raminagrobis. I don’t know the answer to your question, but want to mention that working out helps with the fatigue while on ADT.
I’ve read that working out is the most important thing you can do while on ADT to lessen the fatigue, and it will help with other side effects as well.
(When I got my first Firmagon shot, the nurse told me ”there is no reason for you to work out now, since you cannot build muscles without testosterone”. This, I learned later was so incredibly wrong. It is in fact very important to work out while on ADT - and you can even build muscles (althoug it is harder), which some of the people here can testify to).
I started taking low dose methylphenidate also known as Ritalin, for fatigue. It's an amphetamine. And Mike's comment about exercise is great - I also work out quite a bit. Seems to help.
My husband started on Firmagon and the fatigue is definitely a thing. A couple of months later he started on Apalutamide and I don’t think that made the fatigue any worse than the Firmagon alone.
Although not an avid exerciser, he is now more active than he was, probably due to the late diagnosis taking away his general joie de vivre for some time prior to diagnosis. One strategy for him is to take a scheduled nap every afternoon in his recliner chair. This is taken as a given in his routine and enables him to fill his day and evening with all the activities he needs.
