Hi, yesterday I appeared to be quite ok so did a bit more than usual cleaning wise at home,but today I feel so tired and rough and achy😔absolutely shattered, does anyone else feel like this with Bronchiectasis and Asthma?

I have learnt to pace myself. I also have an autoimmune disease that causes fatigue so have done this for many years. Bronchiectasis is also known to cause fatigue. I don’t have asthma so cant comment on that. There’s several aids like the spoon theory on the internet if you need help with pacing or just explaining to family and friends. I hope you recover soon. Take it easy for a while.
