Hey guys,

I am really really struggling with fatigue, no matter how much rest/sleep I get I am still painfully tired.

Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to fight this?

Do you have any other symptoms or signs other than fatigue? As you could easily be iron (haemoglobin and/or ferritin) deficient.

Due to how common it is in women who menstruate, let alone women with endo/adeno, your age and how it is under diagnosed I suggest you check to see if you don't have any other symptoms and signs of it.

If you do go to the your GP and ask for a test onlf your haemoglobin and ferritin levels. Point out you have endometriosis and/or adenomyosis. Make sure you get the results - so the actual numbers and units - as you could be within range but still too low.

There are other common vitamin deficiencies but they are less common.

Not what you're looking for?
