Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is one condition that cannot co-exist with PBC. CFS is always its own diagnosis, meaning it's reached only after all other possible conditions for the fatigue have been explored. Since PBC is a condition that causes fatigue, having PBC alone prevents a diagnosis of CFS from being possible.

Never underestimate your fatigue when trying to get a diagnosis for your symptoms. All too often fatigue, especially in women, is dismissed due to lifestyle, age, or lack of exercising. Pursue any symptom that you feel is significant. Be proactive with your physician. Do your homework.
