Hi , I’m on Edoxaban 60 mg daily for stroke risk after 2 ablations . I’ve just pulled my back lifting a heavy box and although I’m not incapacitated I’m getting a lot of pain bending so trying to rest but with three young dogs to exercise I need to be active . I’m visiting my GP next week to discuss

I must admit that, despite all of the optimism and wishful thinking about Parkinson's research, I have periods of utter dread in which I fear that when I reach the most unbearably painful stages of the disease, I won't have a way out. I'd very much like to have the equivalent of a "magic pill"

I've had the worst year ever I've have PBC with an overlsp of AIH since diagnosed in 2015 I am supposed to be getting a thoracic spine operation but can't get cleared because my blood keeps coming high on the APTT & PT which means I can't clot and if I can clot I can't have the surgery. cool packs
I thought I’d share the fact that I have found great relief from the pain in my head from GCA using gel cool packs. This has helped me from having to use as many pain killers. Give it a try, it’s been a blessed relief and feels wonderful. Thanks

Can anyone explain about soy please
Can someone please explain if it is fermented or unfermented soy that is ok to eat if you have an underactive thyroid. I have to make adjustments to what I eat and have been looking at tofu and tempeh but am not sure if they are ok to eat. Apologies I am a bit forgetful at the moment after long surgery

Well as title stated "what a year so far"Had my right cataract done in January, (meds stopped in December) day after my Birthday, so far so good.
