6 weeks ago I posted on here that my gfr had come back at 47 and creatine 102 total shock I listened to all your advice drink more water cut out red meat , salt ,exercise more eat healthier , well after 6 weeks had another blood test and gfr was 54 creatine 90 . I Know its not mega but its better than it was I am so relieved and would like to thank you all so much in taking the time to answer my questions and offer kind words , I will carry on the gd work and hopefully it might improve more or stay the same .
