Pramipexole not working now.
I have had RLS since my late teens and I am now 65 and have been taking 0.88mgs Pramipexole for about 6 years now. I only get the usual symptoms at night when I go to bed and mostly it has been working fairly well. Not a cure but made sleeping quite bearable. However for the last few months my nightly

Is this migraine or cluster headaches?
This is my first posting here. I have found this site because I am becoming rather frightened about what is happening to me. I have always been a 'headachy' person, from childhood. In adult life this worsened. I have had a "headache" now for approx. 7wks still on going. My vision is off blurry, sometimes

Sleep Medication
Many thanks to all who shared their experiences with sleep medication. I am going to see if I can find 5HTP in the interim and, if that fails, zopiclone sounds like it might be a good alternative. Meanwhile, the night time behaviour gets more extreme. I have a horrible feeling that Don may be like

Attributing Pains...
As some of you know I'm waiting to see the neurologist in 12 days. In an effort to work out what might be making me feel dizzy and out of sync sometimes, I've gone cold turkey on the last of my drugs, Amitriptyline, and am not even taking the odd Zopiclone sleeping pill now either. I think I would

Waking up to palpitations several times a night
For the last month i have been woken up by vivid dreams with palpitations up to6 times a night. This is severely disrupting my sleep as well as being very scary. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, have you any suggestions as to how I can cure myself of it. The doctor has given me zopiclone

Well I've tried these for 3 nights in a row to get some sleep, did not work no sleep as such, but it did bring on the symptoms RLS so bad day and night :( it stopped the Pramipexole from working at all! so back to the drawing board. Get so exhausted I try lay down late afternoon sometimes I'll drop off

Sleeping pills/thyroid anxiety/stress
Does anyone have any information on stress, insomnia, taking sleeping pills and related thyroid issues? I am feeling better since having 10mg T3 added daily to 125mg Levo, which is going to be reduced to 100 in a couple of weeks. It was 150. I am Hypothyroid along with Hypoparathyroidism since TT last

CFS/Fibromyalgia, is sweating a symptom
Anyone know if excessive sweating is a symptom of CFS or fibromyalgia? Been diagnosed 4 years ago and thought it was from medication, stopped all meds and still having problems! Don't even need to move and I sweat. No periods for over 2 years so don't think its menopausal?? Got a prolapse but GP says

Unstable 7 months after TT
I know I have posted before with my ongoing problems but my latest blood results are in and I continue to have problems. My Consultant is less than useless although GP most helpful. I have now resorted to a private Endo who comes well recommended whom I hope will help soon. The main issue is the constant

Hi, my wife has suffered with M.E. for many years, and the normal symptoms that you are all familiar with, the pain, the depression, the headaches, the insomnia etc. She regular takes Citalopram, Zopiclone, Sumatriptan and as her Migraine doctor described 'an exotic dose of Gabapentin'. She will take
