Estradot, HRT, Cysts
So after 3 weeks of agonising pain, an Urgent Care Visit, 111 calls and finally an appointment with my consultant on Tuesday it turns out I have a cyst on my right ovary that's potentially leaking. Most likely due to the Mirena coil, but have been prescribed Estradot patches which is essentially HRT

Vitamin therapy
Can anyone tell me why natural methods won’t work for stroke prevention when you have a-Fib? By natural, I mean instead of taking blood thinners like Elliquis, Pradaxa, Xralto, Warafin, You could INSTEAD take things like fish or krill oil, vitamin E, Tumeric, ginger, wormword, etc. Why wouldn’t these

Results of the 2017 Spring survey of hypothyroid patients – 12,146 individuals responded
A year later we finally get the results of last years survey. Not very impressive for T4 mono-therapy. I find it interesting that a PhD did the write-up not an MD endocrinologist. Thyroid wants $51.00 to read the full report, maybe someone can find a copy? PR Link http://deiodinase.org/2018/04/20

Right combination of supplements
I have experienced that the combination of different herbs and supplements can backfire if not taken rightly. But the right combination is a tricky matter and is different for different persons. I was wondering whether there is some standard combination of supplements which is optimal and is more or

Ascites due to liver damage
Hi my name is Michael. When I was 17 I had drug induced liver failure due to tsking a diet supplement hydroxycut. The doctors compared my liver to the twin towers and hydroxycut being the planes that crashed into them, it was bad. I was young and ended up recovering, 5 years later while taking another

Alternative Therapy that MAY act on a root cause of PD.

First, people should understand that none of the medicines available for PwP today treat the underlying causes of PD. They all

Food vs supplements
My oncologist agrees with Green tea and turmeric being beneficial for CLL but she prefers using turmeric powder in food and drinking green tea as opposed to supplements that may not have contents regulated and also contain questionable fillers etc. I had purchased 1 bottle of DECAFFEINATED green tea
