On top of my list:

1 Take meds as prescribed

have 2 rescue inhalers, one with me and make sure others know where it is and how to use it

Communicate with team of docs. Be sure they are working as team, by instructing test results, etc are shared with them. Ask Questions!

Healthy diet and exercise. Yoga, walking.

Using breathing techniques to keep bottom of lungs clear.

Accepting limitations and finding new ways to enjoy activities without pushing or causing flare.

Warm herbal teas with raw honey, lemon, grated ginger and tumeric.

Self advocacy, getting resources to help gain control over asthma.
