Any advice for gastro symptoms which respond to steroids, but no diagnosis? Does normal colonoscopy cover the small bowel?
Is there any point in my going back and asking for a capsule
endoscopy
to inspect it in the vague hope there might some answer there? Or any other sort of investigation? I can't find any of my notes from the last investigations so not quite sure what colonoscopy covered.

Highly elevated ESR and CRP but no symptoms of a flare
My rheumatologist ordered an
endoscopy
(now) to have this investigated. I have had this done, but the Gastroenterologist said that while she could see inflammation in my stomach/esophagus she did not see anything that would explain the high ESR & CRP.

Muscle cramps with cirrhosis
I have had none of the typical outward symptoms of liver disease, and beyond occasional ultrasounds and fibroscans and one
endoscopy
, I haven't really had much in the way of medical intervention.

Scared and lost
He did a colonoscopy and an
endoscopy
to rule out anything else. There was a polyp in my colon which he removed. He ordered an ELF test which was 9.16. He said that was not high but I know it is not low either! I did the test after having Covid but I can’t see that having an impact.

gastritis diagnosis
They took biopsies at the
Endoscopy
to find out if it’s bacteria causing it. Anyone else manage to kick chronic gastritis and if so how? Thanks

New to this website and am looking for some advice :)
Still, the
endoscopy
ruled out any issue that I didn't already have, so when I saw the gastro man again, he said the next thing was a colonoscopy.

STAGE 1C1 Grade 2
The surgery removed the majority of cancer I believe however due to the surgical spill (stage 1C1) there may be cancer cells lurking that are going undetected and not seen in the colonoscopy
endoscopy
or CT scan my gynaecologist also said my markers have never been raised.

Brukinsa/Zanubrutinib slow working at present time
I started treatment in early May with Zanubrutinib but because of severe stomach pain with it and acyclovir stopped it after 6 weeks so that an
endoscopy
could be done. Wbc started at 212,000 and went up to 300,000 in 2 1/2 weeks. 2 weeks later down to 165,000. The time off was almost 3 weeks.

My GP says may be internal bleeding, want me to have colonoscopy and
endoscopy
. I had that done 3 years ago and after my recent open heart didn’t want more anaesthetic.

TOE (trans oesophogal endoscopy)
I have just had a TOE, which failed because I could not get the endoscope tube down, so will now have to have one under general anaesthetic. Has anyone experienced one of these tests and have you had any lingering effects in throat/chest after? Would appreciate any observations.

Been on Firmagon with Zytiga and Prednisone PSA rising, what can I do next?
Held PSA Down to 09/07/2023 <0.06ng/mL I started Taltz for my severe plague psoriasis in 01/2023 The Gastroenterologist feels this was the reason for my severe colitis attacks with blood that went on daily from 07/15/2023 through 01/2024, on colonoscopy and
endoscopy
found 16 inches of connected

WHAT’S BEHIND THE RISE IN COLON CANCER AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE?
Idan Levy, the head of innovative
