Never had PACs before AF Episodes got closer together???
I had my first a fib episode in 2013 and was cardioverted back to NSR and was fine until I threw a Pulmonary
Embolism
in April of this year. A Fib was what made me go to the hospital and then they found the clot.

I thought I would update you all on my original thread, though not the update I would have liked to give. https://healthunlocked.com/hughes-syndrome/posts/138685399/advice-on-blood-test-result-please I had a long chat with my GP and he agreed to refer me to Hematology for advice, especially as I was

AF after Ablation
I had a pulmonary
embolism
in April and went into AF as the hallmark sign I was in trouble. I had it once 5 years ago and thought I would never get it back. Now I am post ablation, and I had one 5 hour episode 12 days after the ablation.

What could this be guys? 28 years old feel like something bad will happen
I shall also be asking my Dr on Friday to test T3 and T4 (have already had TSH) aswell as D-dimer to rule out hyperthroyidism and a Pulminory
embolism
. I know some will be related to weight now as I am now weighing 255lbs - 260lbs (18.5-19 stone) with a height off 5 foot 11.

Diagnosed with APS in 1998/99, on coumadin since 1996
I chose bed rest at home, but within a week it became a Pulmonary
Embolism
. Life long coumadin. Fast forward 22 years, I have had 3 successful pregnancies but lost 3 babies including one at 24 weeks due to HELP syndrome. I was on Lovenox for 2 of the 3 and Heprin for the other.

embolism
on my right lung.

Another question about CTEPH
Hey, about seven years ago, I had a massive saddle pulmonary
embolism
. Apparently it did a lot of damage to my lungs. I have recently been diagnosed with a moderately enlarged right heart. My ejection fraction is normal, and my PAP is 20.1. The doc said my PAP is completely normal.

Pulmonary hypertension
I have widespread acute emphysema and have been placed on portable oxygen 4L which is all good, certainly helps when exercising. Yesterday I had a echograph completed and the specialist informed me - yes definite pulmonary hypertension and he will form a report to my doctor. Looking on google, this

AF and the flu jab
Could anyone tell me if your are entitled to the free flu jab if you have AF, the reason I ask was the doctors said yes but when I went to have it they said it wasn't on their list and as it was not written on my notes by the doctor they could not give it to me. I have been in constant AF since I was

Do I have an MPN?
I had a previous presumed pulmonary
embolism
aged 18 (39 now). I do suffer from fatigue but I've had some other stressors of late so unfortunately I have turned to an unhealthy diet and put on a good few stone over the last 18 months - this of course will not help with fatigue.

Rivaroxaban for life?
In 2004 I had a Pulmonary
Embolism
as a result of surgery, 6 months on Warfarin followed. Fast forward to 2017, and a d.v.t., was found in my right calf, completely out of nowhere, no surgery etc. I was put on Rivaroxaban for 3 months, and referred to Haemostasis/thrombosis clinic.

Rivaroxaban or Warfarin?
What are the pros and cons of Warfarin against Xarelto (rivaroxaban)? I’ve been on Xarelto for 3 years and I’ve had skin issues constantly and dizziness which I think are side effects of it? Also, the issue of no antidote to reverse the affects of the drug is always a worry in the back of my head..
