elvanse / vyvanse - additional meds for compulsively
finally after 8 months. I’m getting the hang of these meds. I have to say, they are a ‘tool’ and work well if you are sensible. I meditate, exercise, sleep and eat well so the 30mg does it for me as the 40 upwards makes me sweat too much. One of the great happy side effects was a decrease in impulsivity

New To The Community - The Start to My Journey
Hello Community... Sorry for the long read, TLDR at the bottom... I am new within the community and have been pursuing a diagnosis for ADHD since the beginning of this year. I've been pretty convinced for the past 3 years or so that I have ADHD once I started to really look into it and listening to

My ADHD Story my Recommended Apps and my App Idea for Helping with ADHD
About my ADHD journey: I am Ti Guo, and I have been competing for my ADHD for my entire life since age of 4, where I would sometimes jump up in the middle of class and start dancing, then in high school and college I am so distracted that on average I can only be concentrated for 60~70% of my class

Anyone else dealing with clomipramine side effects?
My daughter takes 150 mg of clomipramine, plus gabapentin, Vyvanse and now a small dose of Lexapro. But we're pretty sure the clomipramine is the culprit on side effects. Her heartbeat races (resting is 100-110, minor exertion and she's over 140), she gets dizzy/faint when she stands up, has no physical

Not noticing any difference good or bad between 30mg and 60mg Vyvanse. Will 70mg change all that?
Before being on Vyvanse I was having a hard time getting myself to go to work. After getting on the meds it doesn't seem to be a problem. And as long as I get right to work on a task I seem to stay focused on it for longer. I've been doing that for about 8 months. I feel like the drug wears off about

No one ever told me about this when I was diagnosed.
Hi there, I'm new here. Looking for support like everyone else. I am 29 years old, female, and have been diagnosed with ADD since I was four years old. This is also the year I started taking a low dosage of Adderall and continued on and off until I was about 15 years old. I am in grad school and now

One month on Vyvanse - oh boy...
I live in the UK and my doctor's first choice was Vyvanse (
Elvanse
here). I heard so many amazing things about Vyvanse in these forums that I was eager to start. To my disappointment, the first days were really tough. I couldn't think, I was slow and felt quite altered as if I had been sedated.

Just restarted Vyvanse - completely different experience from last time
The last time I was on Vyvanse, I worked my way up to 50mg and felt very few effects. This time, a little over a year later and with a different psychiatrist, I am starting again at 30mg. I feel completely different. I was kinda nauseous and am still lightheaded and according to my best friend I am much

Elvanse, Dexamfetamine sulfate and sleep
The
Elvanse
saw me through, but the lack of sleep was unsustainable. Does anyone else have experience/tips? I don’t know if I should take a teeny dexamfetamine dose in the afternoon or go back to an even lower
Elvanse
dose than I started on.

adhd medication contraindications
hey everyone. I'm going to be going on adhd meds, specifically vyvanse, to try and control my adhd symptoms. I'm just wondering if there's any negative interactions that anyone knows of between vyvanse (and other adhd meds) and liothyronine and synthroid (levothyroxine) thanks so much for your help

Elvanse & Concerta XL : Worth persisting?
I was initially prescribed
Elvanse
, it was like a miracle, amazing clarity of thought! However, 2 days in it made me feel sick. I switched to Concerta XL, same problem. Sweating, dizziness, nausea. I gave up after about 3 days and never returned to the meds. Anyone experienced similar?

Do ADHD meds show-up on roadside drugs test?
I'm new to ADHD meds and am currently trying Vyvanse 50mg. So far the effects have been good, not amazing, but OK. But reading into these, and other, meds a little more, I noticed that they're all predominantly amphetamine based. But also as are plenty of illegal recreational drugs. I drive a lot for

Hi, So previously ii posted about 20 mg of vyvanse not really helping. Started an increased dose of vyvanse 3omg, and I feel sedated. It nice to feel calm, but I dint want to feel zombies out , but no energy at all , just want to sit on the couch again. I also feel so teary. I’m not sure what to expect

New to Vyvanse and ADHD medication
Newly diagnosed with ADHD at 45 yrs old. I am finding going on week three if vyvanse 20 mg, that I now feel stuck. I have zero energy, and I am on the couch with little motivation to move at all. I am also feeling depressed , and irritable especially around five hours after taking. I’m disappointed
