elvanse / vyvanse - additional meds for compulsively

finally after 8 months. I’m getting the hang of these meds. I have to say, they are a ‘tool’ and work well if you are sensible.

I meditate, exercise, sleep and eat well so the 30mg does it for me as the 40 upwards makes me sweat too much.

One of the great happy side effects was a decrease in impulsivity. However I’m starting to see that return.

Does anyone take any other medication for impulsivity I top of adhd meds, in my case vyvanse, and does it work for you?
