Had
Echocardiogram
, followed a few months later by a Corotid Artery duplex scan which was last week.. The report back from the Cardiologist did not make relaxing reading to say the least.

Pressure / Stabbing Pain
I've recently had an electrocardiogram,
echocardiogram
, and X-rays - all of which showed nothing untoward. e.g. Not pericarditis. Naturally, I've raised the issue with my GP and the Heart team at the Hospital.

Post operation appointment was a phone call from her, a
echocardiogram
and some blood tests. This is just to give a quick history of my journey so far. My main question is related to my weight gain since the operation,10 kg !

Relative wall thickness (RWT) ≥0.42+mm
This week I did the
echocardiogram
again and the RWT was 41 mm, almost the maximum, but I saw that some athletes have some left ventricle hypertrophy. My question is, is there someone who has done this exame and doctor had deemed as normal ?

Results of 2nd Echo
Hi Results of my 2nd
Echocardiogram
I posted on here shortly after being discharged following a HA and an EF of 30 to 35 %, your support and advice was amazing, only very recently I’ve noticed I was walking with much less difficulty.

Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, heart failure.
Recently diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction by a
echocardiogram
. I would like to know your experiences with this disease, what should I expect, how fast does it go to grade 4. I am 78 and looking at heart failure, very anxious, and am looking for ideas. Thank you for your assistance.

Valued Advice
I was told that I needed another
echocardiogram
and better blood sugar control if I was to go ahead with surgery. I was given a date of Thursday 22 July for surgery, but it was not realised that the
echocardiogram
had not been done, hence a further delay.

Three times around the park (post-ARR)
It will be November before I have my next Cardiology check-up including an
echocardiogram
which will show exactly how much my heart was recovered. Hopefully it will reveal further improvement since the last scan I had at the six month post-op mark.

Heart concerns
I have had a normal
echocardiogram
and holter monitor but my heart still races for no reason some times and it worries me. Does anyone know if my echo was normal can I still have heart issues they aren’t catching? The doctors keep saying I’m fine but I don’t feel fine and it’s scary

How long for echocardiogram results?
Any idea how long I should wait for my results my consultant requested for an
echocardiogram
and wearable monitor? The tests were on 10 May? Its over 7 weeks already so do I assume theres nothing wrong or should I be chasing this up by now?
