Dry mouth and other symptoms.
Going to see the cardiologist for some chest tightness (
echocardiogram
) soon to rule out heart issues, it's all quite confusing as nothing at all seems to be conclusive.

I’m feeling really lost right now. PVCS, junctional rhythm, ventricular bigeminy
I was told that I should be reassured now that I am okay and was referred for an
echocardiogram
and a holter minor.

Cardiologist phone consult!
Want to do another
echocardiogram
and angiogram. Since the last ones were done in 2017. I also will wear a 24 hour bp monitor and a 24 hour heart rate monitor as well. Of course with the workload they have it will be 2-4 months before it all happens. Finally feel like I am getting help tho.

An
echocardiogram
looks normal (although it’s in Italian and my Italian is rusty). It sounds like a superventricular tachycardia, but I wondered what others thought.

Echocardiogram results...a likely problem?
Yesterday I had a letter about the results of my
echocardiogram
. I would like to share what was written because I don't know how to feel about it and maybe someone who has had similar results can shed some insight on what it means. "Limited echo images were available due to poor windows.

PULMONARY HYPERTENSION?
Hi, I’ve just received results of my
echocardiogram
. I have interstitial lung disease so knew I was at risk of pulmonary hypertension. The results show my right atrial pressure being 23mmHg. I see perhaps 20/25 is PAH.

Still not diagnosed, symptoms of anemia and breathless after basic activities - doctors don’t know what to do!
Following on from my previous posts I’ve since had an ECG,
Echocardiogram
and a 48hr heart monitor which proved nothing. I’m still experiencing symptoms of anemia, and so took iron tablets myself to see if it helped but it made me feel even worse.

Never ending symptoms and the waiting game...
I also had an
echocardiogram
and nothing was found apart from slight regurgitation which apparently is normal? So still no explanation for my symptoms. Cardiologist is making me take a new beta blocker for 6 weeks, Bisoprolol. I was taking Propranolol.

Recently diagnosed Long QT Syndrome - I am terrified.
I’m now on an urgent waiting list for an
echocardiogram
and a24 hour heart monitor. I am terrified. My heart jumps around a lot, and my hand and feet are icy cold and painful a lot of the time. I feel like I just don’t know if I will wake up every morning.

Pericarditis & Exercise Advice - I'm new here
Troponin was mildly elevated and the
echocardiogram
showed a bright pericardium but everything otherwise was normal. The only symptoms I have ever experienced because of this has been a sharp pain in the left side of my chest.

Newly Diagnosed idiopathic cardiomyopathy and enlarged heart.
The CT scan show that my heart vessels are good but the
echocardiogram
identified idiopathic cardiomyopathy and enlarged heart. It's all come as a bit of a shock to me! I do get occasional breathlessness when exerting myself but can't say its debilitating.

Just been for my annual GP visit
"Yes, but that was some time ago, and the've changed the range" "We also need to do an
echocardiogram
" "Oh, I was going to send that pulse oximeter back to Amazon. The alarm kept going off" "You've put on some weight. Have you heard about the Newcastle diet ?"

One month since HA still not been seen by cardiology
I am so desperate for an
echocardiogram
, I am thinking of paying for one. I feel totally let down. To be told you’ve had a heart attack and then not to be seen by anyone seems neglectful.

Heart failure
I have had so many tests and they all come back good,I had a registrar instead of my usual cardiologist phone call and said I needed a special blood test to see how my HF was doing three weeks ago and I was to have a 24 hr monitor and an
echocardiogram
, so far I haven’t heard anything from the hospital
